POSITION SUMMARY: Upload/review of loan data, scanning/check back of loan documentation. The positions in the operations area are subject to rotation.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
  2. High School Diploma required
  3. Some business and office procedure work experience is preferred
  4. Ability to comprehend and interpret computer software programs
  5. Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
  6. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  7. Ability to use office equipment and Office 365.
    Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Additional hours as needed

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Upload, input, and check back documentation for all new and renewed loans.
  2. Process mailed-in customer loan payments and deliver internal loan department mail.
  3. Perform maintenance requests submitted from loan staff, such as automatic transfer requests.
  4. Pull paid outs from the Director daily, to include preparing the paid-out file, and releasing collateral for all locations.
  5. Process/review daily Print mail file for accuracy of customer statements being mailed.
  6. Scan, index, and review all loan documents to create accurate system documentation and ensure the integrity of loan data for all new and renewed loans following system upload, to include additional documentation received for the loan file.
  7. Balancing and processing of escrow payments for taxes and insurance. Mailing of annual analysis statements.
  8. Coordinates internal and external audit requests to include reviewing request lists, requesting and receiving files from various branches, and monitoring the disbursement of the files to and from auditors.
  9. Maintenance of customer accounts due to Bankruptcy.
  10. Process various monthly department reports such as VSI, UCC, and FEMA.
  11. Maintenance of active customer files for credit reporting purposes.
  12. Process incoming and outgoing loan Participation Payments.
  13. Rotation of the loan administrative desk per the provided schedule.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provides assistance to Lenders and Loan Assistants as needed
  2. Performs other work-related duties as assigned
  3. Performs Job Duties in Accordance with all appropriate laws and regulations to include BSA.
