About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Operations Specialist to support our Private Lending division. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day operations of loan servicing, manage borrower communications, and ensure all loan transactions and compliance requirements are accurately maintained. If you have experience in title, escrow, or real estate lending, your skills will translate beautifully in this position. You’ll work with a collaborative team that values accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in every aspect of loan servicing. What You’ll Do Manage daily borrower communications via email and correspondence. Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and handle force-placed insurance as needed. Send monthly late notices, maturity letters, and borrower statements. Set up new loans in the servicing system and prepare borrower welcome packets. Process payments, including non-sufficient funds (NSFs) and payoffs. Handle reconveyance processes and coordinate receipt of original loan documents. Oversee monthly ACH payments and prepare related documentation. Assist with loan processing tasks such as disclosures and appraisals. Maintain and update servicing tracking spreadsheets. Participate in team meetings to coordinate servicing activities. What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in loan servicing, private lending, title, or escrow. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Clear, professional communication—especially in borrower interactions. Familiarity with The Mortgage Office (TMO) or similar loan servicing software is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
