The LOS Administrator is a technical expert with a deep understanding of computer systems, databases and network operations. This position is responsible for managing our loan origination system and ensuring that all processes run smoothly, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing support to users, and managing system configuration. Additionally, this role being a part of the Risk Management group, Special projects and other duties would also be assigned on an as needed basis. You will also be responsible for reporting duties, including daily and monthly reporting management and other regular duties. This role involves a high volume of “as needed” analysis to address the needs of each department as well as senior management. This position reports to the Lead Originations Systems Administrator and works in congruence with all of ANF’s business units. Additionally, this position requires excellent written and verbal communications skill as well as a strong technical background with the ability to problem solve. The LOS Administrator demonstrates the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment while building strong business relationships with internal and external business partners.
