• Calling real estate investors, agents, and borrowers who have requested funding
• Running strategy calls to gather loan info and present funding terms
• Structuring simple loan scenarios like fix & flip, rental (DSCR), and bridge loans
• Following up, closing the deal, and submitting the package to our lending team
• Building long-term deal flow and residual income
