Description

Job Summary:
The Loan Processor will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service assistance when responding to emails and loan applications from customers and prospective customers. You will provide accurate and up-to-date answers to prospects and customers, while observing all compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer obsession through excellent customer service by opening customer applications, reviewing them for completeness and requesting any additional information.
  • Review and evaluate client’s financial documents (bank statements, pay stubs, award letters) and research financial history.
  • Calculate income for Underwriting submission
  • Collaborate with Underwriters to process loan applications in an expedited fashion.
  • Adhere to work schedule, assigned daily duties, and work activities.
  • Attend all mandatory training and meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • English – Spanish Language (Oral and writing 80 % or higher), (B2+ or above).
  • The resource will work on a flexible schedule. Within our Hours of Operations
  • Must be available to work on weekends.
  • Must have a high school diploma .
  • A genuine interest in working with and helping customers.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer satisfaction in the back office field.
  • Good presentation and a polite, tactful and friendly character.
