Description A Loan Processor assists the Loan Operation Processing Team with processing commercial and consumer loans ensuring compliance with Blue Sky Bank’s loan policy and all regulatory requirements. Primary Responsibilities as of a Loan Processor at Blue Sky Bank: Process and prepares commercial, consumer, and real estate loans using Laser Pro and Decision Pro. Order real estate title work, real estate flood certificates, and credit reports. Order Appraisals and Appraisal Reviews as necessary. Monitor transactions for loan policy exceptions prior to producing documents. Coordinate with title companies for real estate closings. Initiate funding entries for loan disbursements. Review of UCC/EFS searches and complete all necessary UCC/EFS filings. Complete filing of mortgages and deed of trusts. Complete filing of bank lien for titled collateral. Upload and scan closed loans to core and fund. Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements A Loan Processor at Blue Sky Bank will have the following: Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or other business-related fields (preferred). 3-5 years of loan processing experience. Thorough knowledge and understanding of loan processing. Accuracy and Attention to Detail. Strong time management skills to meet all deadlines. Communication Proficiency. Problem Solving/Analysis. Adaptability. Excellent customer service skills.
