Loan Processor Clerk Harrah, OK    LOCATION Onsite Position 19979 NE 23rd St Harrah, OK  73045   HOURS   Full Time  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Preparation of consumer and commercial loan documents; including real estate (TRID) Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures Work with loan officers, employees and third-party vendors to ensure all documents are produced accurately and in a timely manner Assist customers, loan officers, and/or employees with various issues by phone and/or in person Maintain open communication with members of the loan department as to the status of the loan, and any other required parties, to the loan transaction. Order preliminary title policy, UCC searches, Flood Certificates, environmental reports, and other related data. Coordinate with loan officer regarding issues with the policy, UCC searches, and other credit related reports. Assists in exception processing, including Insurance requirements, updated financial statements, credit reports, rent rolls, and other financial information to maintain the servicing file. Documentation requirements for new loan processing and exceptions on coming due or past due. Decision Pro processing, including enter loan information into Decision PRO, working the tracking list and attaching required documents for loan processing using Laser Pro. REQUIREMENTS Experience and knowledge of Loan Compliance Documentation, i.e. HMDA, RESPA, CRA, Flood, FACT, CIP, TIL Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines Knowledge of grammar and punctuation rules Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal   Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software  applications   Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills Strong customer service skills Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor at all times   Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers while maintaining a positive attitude   Must be able to inter-act with other offices/branches and departments, for accurate resolutions to problems and errors Critical thinking and reasoning skills Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks Regular attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the job  PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS   One – two years loan operations/documentation experience preferred, with real estate knowledge a plus   Knowledge of Laser Pro and Decision Pro   General understanding of BancFirst products and services Bilingual (Spanish) a plus  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS   Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, and scanner  Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear  Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength. BancFirst is committed to investing in the future of Oklahoma communities.
