Job Title: Loan Processor-Commercial and Consumer Loans Department: Loan Operations Department Reports To: Loan Operations Manager REMOTE OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY The Commercial Processor is responsible for Loan Processing/Servicing for the Commercial/Consumer Loan Department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare, book, detail and maintain commercial loan files. * Prepare, book, detail and maintain consumer loan files. * Prepare, book, detail and maintain BHG loan files. * Verify the underwriting of loan files. * Balance and prepare closing document packages. * Set up payment method (i.e. coupon book, auto transfer.) * Ensure all titles, mortgages, UCC, and pertinent documentation requirements are met, and loan is properly recorded with county and state offices. * Set up and maintain loan participations with participant banks. * Cross Train with Administrative Assistants. * Scan and verify loan files. * Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * High School education or GED * Strong Customer Service Skills * Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through * Strong computer skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize * Bilingual a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing, booking, and maintaining commercial and consumer loan files. Ensures all documentation requirements are met and coordinates loan recording with state and county offices.
