QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience preferred (Conventional, FHA, VA,USDA).*
• Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) such as ARIVE, Encompass, Calyx, or similar.*
• Strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines and compliance requirements.*
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.*
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files at once.*
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team.*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.*
• Gather, verify, and process all necessary loan documentation (income, assets, credit, title, insurance, etc.).*
• Submit complete loan files to underwriting and ensure timely resolution of conditions.*
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties (escrow, title, appraisers, etc.) to move files efficiently through the pipeline.*
• Track loan progress and provide status updates to clients and internal team members.*
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations, investor guidelines, and company policies.*
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date loan files.*
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.*
