Description Job Summary: Prepares loans, closes loans, and disburses funds. Maintains loan files and performs lending-related projects as assigned. Primary Duties: Type notes, security agreements, deeds of trust and all other necessary loan documents needed in the loan processing function and disburses funds. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines. Helps maintain loan files according to established procedures. Helps maintain compliance of Good Faith Estimate, Truth-in-Lending, and all other Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) disclosures. Performs other tasks requested by supervisor as they relate to the Bank and its functions. Ensure confidentiality of all customer/employee records & information. Requirements Skills Required: Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with all types of calls and person-to-person contact with officers and other staff members of the Bank. Has strong knowledge of the Bank’s various products, associated forms, and use of those forms. Good typing skills and knowledge of applicable PC software. A working knowledge and experience processing real estate, consumer, and commercial loans. Strong working knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and documentation is necessary. Should be analytically minded and possess good judgment.
