LOAN PROCESSOR

Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate
- Verify borrower information, employment history, and creditworthiness
- Calculate debt-to-income ratios and evaluate loan eligibility
- Prepare loan files for underwriting and submit to appropriate departments
- Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties involved in the loan process
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and update loan status in the system
- Follow up on outstanding items and resolve any issues or discrepancies
