The Loan Production & Operations Team Lead oversees daily loan production and operational activities to ensure performance goals, timelines, and compliance standards are met. This role supervises and trains team members while developing and improving processes and procedures to support efficient loan operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the Loan Production & Operations team to ensure performance goals and deadlines are met Train and mentor team members on loan processes, systems, compliance requirements, and best practices Develop and implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy Monitor team productivity, identify gaps, and recommend solutions or improvements Assist with onboarding and training of new team members Ensure all loan activities comply with federal, state, and company guidelines Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and workflows Qualifications: Active Loan Originator License (required) Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in loan production, loan operations, or mortgage lending Prior experience in a lead, supervisor, or team lead role Strong knowledge of loan origination processes, documentation, and compliance requirements Strong leadership, communication, and training skills Skills: Leadership and team development Process improvement and documentation Strong organizational and time-management skills Qualifications
