Description Loan Review Analyst Exempt - Grade Level 6 Equal Employment Opportunity Corporate Values & Mission “Provide superior service, quality advice and show utmost respect to everyone we meet.” General Summary Review and analyze all types of credit and collateral information for diverse types of loans, including ascertaining an appropriate loan rating. Prepare and occasionally present annual loan reviews for approval to various committees. Coordinate and prepare individual authority loan reviews. Review appraisals and complete property evaluations. Prepare and compile various key management reports. Reports To: AVP Loan Review Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities Evaluate the activities of lending officers, credit, and loan support staff regarding adherence to internal credit and loan policy. Manage and perform annual credit reviews on commercial loan relationships, to include review of all pertinent credit & financial information, such as credit bureaus, UCC & title searches, various financial statements, the loan files to include both credit & collateral, and provide credit analysis and assign grading to same. Assess the adequacy adherence to internal credit and loan administration policies and procedures. Coordinate Appraisal/Environmental Order and Review processes and complete Reviews as assigned and in accordance with guidelines. Provide special reviews as requested to assess the state of certain loan portfolio segments. Input financial statement spreads using Flash Spread. Analyze, interpret or make deductions from factors or circumstances related to the department and role.
