What You Bring to the Role * Minimum of two (2) years of related lending, loan servicing, or loan operations experience * Experience with Direct and Indirect loan funding preferred * Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members, dealers, team members, and management * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines in a fast‑paced environment A Preview of What Joining Us as a Loan Services Supervisor Looks Like   The Loan Services Supervisor supports the Loan Services Manager by overseeing daily loan funding and servicing operations for Direct and Indirect lending. This role audits loan files, verifies documentation and calculations, ensures proper disbursement of funds, and maintains accurate tracking and reporting. The Supervisor plays a key role in training and mentoring Loan Services staff, assisting with workload management, and serving as a resource for loan servicing inquiries. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and consistent application of lending standards and procedures. The Impact Behind This Role 1.
