Description POSITION SUMMARY: Play a critical part in servicing and reporting Freddie Mac loans according to secondary market and compliance standards. Contributes to ongoing efforts to enhance team performance and ensure procedural consistency. Support the daily operations of the Loan Servicing Department. DUTIES: Assist in the daily operations of the loan department Process participation loans with other institutions (back-up) Review participant outgoing wires (back-up) Submitting monthly reports to Freddie Mac (delinquency, P&I), Genworth and Federal Home Loan bank Performing file maintenance and generating daily reports Manage non-posted items and payments daily Providing loan support to internal staff Creating and maintaining monthly reports for loan officers and management Conducting daily Freddie Mac reporting, including edit reviews and cash reconsolidation Credit Bureau review and research of information Review Freddie Mac and FHLB participation notes Process Freddie Mac/FHLB modifications Provide/assist with any necessary training within the loan department Assist in the review process for consumer, commercial and agricultural loans Correct any mis-posted loan payments and reconcile end-of-month loan reports Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned Requirements RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS: Responsible to the Loan Servicing Manager for functions and responsibilities assigned This position requires attention to detail Proficiency in loan servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment Extended viewing of computer screens Repetitive hand and arm movement Due to operational needs, paid time off may be limited during specific periods of the month
