Job Description: The Loan Servicing Representative is responsible for managing and servicing the bank’s commercial real estate and auto loan portfolios. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The representative ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records and delivering exemplary service to borrowers and internal stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Input loan information accurately and prepare loan files for processing. * Track and manage commercial real estate and auto insurance, as well as vehicle titles. * Service the bank’s commercial real estate and auto loan portfolios, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. * Maintain and update Excel reports and generate reports as needed for internal and external stakeholders. * Assist borrowers with processing loan payments and resolving payment inquiries. * Provide timely, accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels, ensuring exceptional customer experience.  * Consistently demonstrate proficiency in providing exemplary customer service with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude. * Notate significant events and attach supporting documentation in the Loan Servicing System. * Communicate effectively with borrowers, vendors, and bank employees via email and phone. * Review and decipher loan documents, ensuring accurate distribution to the corresponding departments. * Independently produce accurate work within established deadlines. * Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and participate actively in team initiatives. * Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of client and bank assets. * Participate in special projects and complete additional assignments as required. * Consistently demonstrate behaviors and decisions that align with the company’s core values, fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork and excellence. Qualifications * Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 1–3 years of experience in loan servicing, banking, or a related field preferred. * Skills and Abilities: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to interpret and analyze loan documents. * Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Education: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. Job Functions and Physical Requirements: * Sitting, standing, stooping, typing. * Physical effort/lifting primarily sedentary work with the ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
