QUALIFICATIONS

• Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• Two years banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Prior experience in a customer service setting required;
• Computer literacy and a strong attention to detail required;
• Demonstrated customer service skills coupled with a strong work ethic a must. Familiarity with HMDA and RESPA a plus.
