At Naveo, it’s your journey. About the role: Responsibilities include: Input new loans from Encompass into loan service systems, establishes complete digital and physical files and accurate records. Maintains current and accurate daily loan reports (loan maintenance and payoff reports) from COCC Synergy. Responds to member inquiries, resolves problems, and escalates any problem or concerns to management. Handles Automated Credit Dispute Verifications (ACDV) in compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) responses through E-Oscar system. Acts as liaison between Collateral Protection Provider and CU to ensure proper insurance coverage as required. Ensure timely follow-up of lien perfection at Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) or Registry of Deeds using Vintek. Processes Consumer, Mortgage and Commercial paid loans and the release of all documents. Maintain vendor relationships and reporting for State National vendor. Processes escrow disbursements (Real Estate Taxes, Insurance, PMI, etc.) Reviews real estate delinquency reports and resolves delinquencies. Prepares all investor loan and sold participation loan reports monthly. Prepares necessary discharge documents in a timely fashion for paid-in-full loans. Prepares monthly credit committee reports package such as monthly list of new loans, credit quality, portfolio breakdown, etc. Reviews daily reports and daily general ledgers for any discrepancies in loan reporting or loan booking transactions. Reviews loan denials and withdrawals for completeness and accuracy to report in the monthly credit committee package. Retains a working knowledge of all credit union services and support tools relative to the lending area. Our ideal candidate looks like: Education/Experience: · Associates degree preferred. · Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training. · Excel/PowerPoint proficient. · Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills preferred. Compensation disclosure: Pay within the range posted will be commensurate with the applicant's experience and qualifications for the role. $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
