REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST

• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong financial/mathematical skills
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be able to work in a fast past paced environment
• Experience in working with loans preferred
• Experience working in a bank is preferred

• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Servicing walk-in customers
• Responding to letters received
