The incumbent is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the Loan Service areas. This position leads and supports all of the activities for the above noted areas within the organization.  Identifies and recommends opportunities which will streamline the work flow and enhance the client experience.  This incumbent leads and mentors the staff as well as providing direction to our internal clients. Must be bondable.  Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.  Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.   Minimum of two (2) years of banking experience including at least 1 year of experience in the Loan Services area or equivalent experience from another Financial Institution  One year of supervisory experience preferred.  Must have knowledge of financial institution core processing systems Must be able to manage people and be able to communicate effectively Proficient personal computer skills  Ability to work in a team environment as an effective team player  Professional and courteous in dealing with customers and other bank employees.
