ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as a Full Time Seasonal Lobby Ambassador.
Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, and we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $27.00

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Welcome guests as they arrive in the lobby, creating an immediate sense of warmth and recognition.
  • Coordinate with the Guest Services team to assist with luggage, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
  • Offer and serve welcome drinks, creating an elevated first impression for our guests.
  • Act as a central point of contact in the lobby, assisting with directions, providing resort information, and connecting guests with the right colleagues.
  • Proactively engage with guests, gathering “golden nuggets” to share with the team and enhancing the personalization of their stay.
  • Anticipate guest needs by offering intuitive service and seamless coordination with Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services Teams.
  • Support guest requests with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy, resolving concerns whenever possible or connecting guests to the right resource.
  • Maintain the lobby atmosphere by ensuring it reflects the standards of Four Seasons luxury, attentiveness, and care.
