We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lobby Host/Receptionist to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Showcase your professionalism as you receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area
• Provide a helping hand with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
• Be the sites ‘go-to’ for providing information and assistance
