We’re looking for a warm, professional, and tech-savvy Lobby Host to join our Corporate Services team in London, W2 6JP. As the face of our front-of-house, you’ll create memorable experiences for every visitor, client, and colleague who walks through our doors.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome and support guests, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
  • Manage check-in procedures and ensure security and safety protocols are followed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that makes every visitor feel valued.
  • Keep the lobby space professional, tidy, and always guest-ready.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
  • Support events, concierge services, and incident management when needed.
  • Represent Microsoft’s digital workplace with confidence and agility.
