Job Description Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Greet all guests as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way To follow department policies, procedures and service standards To follow all safety policies and procedures. Resolve guests complaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediately follow up Report any unusual occurrences or requested to manager. Be aware of the hotel accident Prevention Policies. Qualifications Previous guest service experience required. Minimum 1 year relevant experience. Excellent communication skills in English Must possess a professional presentation. Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills Additional Information Russian language is an advantage.
