We are passionate about creating inspiring spaces and are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive Assistant with social media expertise.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This unique, hybrid role combines front desk and executive support responsibilities with social media management in a stylish, design-driven environment. You will be the face and voice of the showroom, welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations—while also managing our digital presence through content creation and scheduling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Executive Assistance:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Manage phone, email, and in-person appointment scheduling.
  • Provide executive support to senior team members, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Maintain the showroom’s appearance and ensure it is always client-ready.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and daily operations.

Social Media & Content Management:

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content aligned with our brand and design aesthetic.
  • Manage content calendars and post regularly on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the design team to capture project photos, behind-the-scenes content, and showroom highlights.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and online inquiries in a timely, brand-appropriate tone.
  • Track social media engagement and growth metrics, offering insights for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, front desk, or executive assistant role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies (especially in design, lifestyle, or luxury markets).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing platforms.
  • A genuine interest in interior design and a keen eye for visual detail.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling tools, email platforms, and CRM systems.
