Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary: £31,800 per annum
Location: Harlow based, covering the whole of West Essex
Contract: Permanent Full-Time, 37 hours per week
Shifts: 08.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday – includes On call rota basis
ECL are seeking a Local Business Manager to motivate, support and lead the West Essex Care Team.
The role will require management and leadership skills to enable you to lead your team to deliver quality Reablement care services in the community.
You will be responsible for giving direction to employees and volunteers, daily coordination, and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders, with a strong focus on choice and control for customers.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED:

  • To have previous experience of managing and leading a team
  • Previous experience of working in health or social care setting
  • To work flexibly and collaboratively across structural boundaries
  • To be friendly, approachable, supportive and adaptable to change
  • To have a full driving licence and access to a car
