Description Position Mission: To transport materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently between warehouses, job sites, and vendor locations while upholding company standards and DOT compliance. Overview: Beehive Plumbing is hiring a CDL Driver to support our growing operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of large equipment, bulk materials, and fleet support items. You’ll work closely with the warehouse, service, and install teams to ensure materials are delivered accurately and in good condition, helping field crews stay productive and on schedule. 2 + years of heavy equipment transportation highly preferred. This position is ideal for a dependable, safety-minded individual who takes pride in professionalism behind the wheel and supporting field operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate company vehicles safely, in compliance with DOT regulations and internal policies Transport equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites, branches, and vendors Load and unload materials using proper techniques and equipment (e.g., forklift, lift gate) Inspect vehicles before and after use; report and address any maintenance needs or issues Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip records, and equipment checklists Assist with material staging and organization at warehouse as needed Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned vehicle Represent the company professionally with vendors, technicians, and on job sites Support safe lifting, securing, and handling practices throughout all transport operations Core Competencies: Safety Focused: Maintains high awareness of road safety, vehicle inspections, and material handling Reliability: Follows schedules, arrives on time, and fulfills daily transportation needs consistently Professionalism: Interacts respectfully and clearly with team members, vendors, and customers Organization: Keeps trip logs, inspections, and load documentation current and accurate Adaptability: Responds calmly to traffic delays, route changes, or last-minute job needs Team-Oriented: Collaborates with warehouse and field teams to support job success Aligned with Our Shared Values: Excellence: You operate your vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring every delivery supports high-quality service. Requirements Qualifications: Valid CDL (Class A or B) with clean driving record 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred, with heavy equipment transportation. Responsibilities
