Join our team and be part of an organisation that values diversity, collaboration and continuous learning.   As a Local Content Administrator, you will work as part of the Local Content Team to: * Provide assistance to the Local Content Lead and support day to day requirements in their absence * Review documentation, manage expense claims, update reporting spreadsheets and preparing agendas, presentations and reports to assist in project delivery   * Ensure administration functions are carried out to a consistently high standard, making sure to meet and exceed the needs of our internal and external customers. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Work in collaboration with members of the Commercial team * Identfy issues and provide solutions to managers for endorsement * Prepare and maintain commercial registers * Provide summaries, reports and updates to managers for review as required   To be successful in this role, you must: * Have a high level of literacy – formal qualifications in Administration will be highly regarded * Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications * Ability to review, interpret and anlyse information and materials and prepare draft reports for review * Strong time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities * High level of organisational skills * Continuous improvement mindset    What we offer  * Career progression and development opportunities  * A workplace focused on Zero Harm; safety is at the core of everything we do * Flexible working arrangements to encourage work/life balance  * Competitive remuneration Join us in shaping the future of Rail and Transit through innovation and collaboration.
