JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage local administration activities at the assigned Radio Maria USA Spanish headquarters.
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of Radio María fundraising projects and plans corresponding to its headquarters, as defined by the National Plan of Radio María USA Spanish.
  • Inspire local staff members and volunteers to grow the Radio Maria Mission in the coverage area.
  • Represent Radio María USA Spanish in the local Catholic community, including visits to parishes and events to promote the evangelization project of Radio María.
  • Collaborate with the local priest and editorial assistant in the management of the programs and their conductors as defined by the Editorial Director.
  • Implement specific plans and effective actions to manage high levels of satisfaction with collaborators, volunteers and local benefactors who contribute to the Radio Maria mission.
  • Manage the fundraising department, putting into action the campaigns to attract economic resources that allow the sustainability of the project at the local and national level.
  • Manage the Radio Maria CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system including but not limited to:
  • To know the operation of the system to direct the operation with local users, training on the Radio Maria system will be managed.
  • Generate reports and reports from the campaign system according to the annual Fundraising Plan.
  • Maintain an updated database of donations at your assigned headquarters.
  • The fundraising assistant must send reports according to the indications of the Presidency, Coordination and Financial Area at the national level.
  • Availability to travel within the US and abroad.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Member and practitioner of the Catholic faith.
  • Broad and deep acquisition of business organization criteria, obtained after completing university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ability to carry out planning, development and control by applying the latest operating modes with the help of up-to-date computer techniques.
  • Punctuality, dynamism, flexible schedules and precision.
  • Characteristics and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of the Spanish and English language.
  • Experience with PC Productivity Tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience as a team leader in an organization (BE-DO-ACT).
  • Experience working in a non-profit organization is highly desirable.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
