Description
Be proficient in Thai customs import/export laws and regulations to ensure compliant and efficient operation of the company’s import/export business. Conduct daily KPI assessments on customs brokers to ensure their compliant and efficient performance. Standardize the company’s import/export customs procedures, including but not limited to customs clearance processes, documentation preparation workflows, and customs broker management SOPs; identify risks and benefits in new business scenarios and propose solutions. Handle daily international shipping orders and exceptions; monitor local transportation abnormalities with timely early warnings, address issues such as damage and complaints and follow up on urgent customer needs. Conduct daily communication and management with local transportation carriers (LSPs); proactively identify pain points in transportation and customs clearance operations and propose optimization suggestions or systematic solutions. Proactively identify and effectively manage potential risks in transportation and customs clearance (including capacity, customs risks, safety, and lead time). Propose and implement cost optimization solutions. College/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related fields. 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, order management, or logistics. Proficiency in office software and strong data analysis skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Prior experience in corporate customs roles or customs brokerage operations is preferred. Fluent in English and Thai (Chinese proficiency is a plus) for work communication.
