About the Role Ensure compliance with ethical and data protection policies, updating them with local legislation. Provide ongoing support for GDPR v2 project implementation and daily data privacy tasks. Foster ethical compliance culture through communication campaigns and participation in forums. Act as the main point of contact for data protection matters with various stakeholders. Coordinate responses to data protection events and maintain records. Support local teams with data protection impact assessments and privacy standards. Manage daily ethical compliance tasks and support policy implementation. Drive knowledge sharing and training locally. Collaborate across functions to integrate activities. Report to local senior counsel with a dotted line to the Group Data Privacy Officer. Legal background, ideally holding a LLM degree. Experience in data privacy and compliance. Understanding of EU and local data protection laws. 3-5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) is recommended. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Working proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
