Job Title: NON CDL or CDL B Delivery Driver (Local Delivery) Location: Davenport, IA Join Loffredo Fresh Foods as a NON CDL or CDL B Delivery Driver based out of our Davenport Branch. We are a local, family-owned food and produce distributor that has proudly served the Midwest region for over 130 years. We distribute to 11 different states across our 6 locations. As a Delivery Driver, you are the team member that our customers interact with the most. Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of this role and is essential in maintaining our commitment to customer service. You will interact with customers professionally, ensuring a positive delivery experience and addressing any questions or concerns. Duties include checking orders for accuracy, inspecting product for damage, and keeping accurate records of deliveries. Pay: Depends on type of license * Non CDL: $18 + $1 increase at 90 days based on a performance review * Class B CDL: $20 + $1 increase at 90 days based on a performance review What we look for: * Valid interstate eligible driver's license, 21+ or older * Ability to work early morning hours (2 AM – 4 AM depending on the route) * Access to reliable and punctual transportation * Pass a background check (including sex offender registry) * Willing to recertify DOT Med Card and pass a DOT drug screen * Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) and Clearinghouse full query * Must be able to read and write English * Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery orders * Must be comfortable driving a box truck for non CDL individuals and a straight truck for those who have a Class B CDL What you’ll do: * SAFETY FIRST.
