Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will be the responsible Traction Manager for the local Front-end and Execution Teams with a focus on the local markets and key customers, ensuring all commitments to customers. Furthermore you are leading the cost management in the Local Division and pushing for productivity improvements are key parts of this role.
The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-Onsite
You are reporting to one of the Division Management Team Member to ensure local country compliance of Traction Division and fulfill Fiduciary Duties. Main stakeholders are external customers as well as internal teams within our Traction Division.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Ensuring the integrated commercial and operational success of the organization in order to drive business growth, market share, and achievement of organizational performance and growth objectives.
  • Creating, implementing, reviewing, and relentlessly executing the business commercial strategy, industry segment strategy, go-to-market model and customer-focused operations strategy with responsibility for financial and non-financial targets.
  • Ensuring a sustainable and effective value-chain, from supplier to customer and from order to delivery (products, projects, and service).
  • Driving appropriate, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus areas such as profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability and Return on Investment.

You will join a complex and dynamic environment, where you will be able to bring in yourself in the sense of change management and leading a divers Division.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • Min. 10 years of working experience, especially in Traction-relevant industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and way of working.
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
  • Native speaking German and fluent in English.
  • Profound experience in investment goods sales and project execution.
