We are looking for a motivated and dependable Local Driver / Yard Hand to join our Townsville Depot. This is a hands-on role involving a mix of driving and yard duties, with the opportunity for licence upgrades and training provided.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• HR or HC Licence preferred (or willingness to obtain – training provided).
• Previous driving or transport experience an advantage.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Operate HR or HC vehicles (training/licence upgrades available if required).
• Load and unload freight.
• Assist with general yard operations, including freight sorting and preparation.
• Complete vehicle pre-start checks and basic maintenance reporting.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the depot team to ensure smooth operations.
