Our Central Functions Controlling team is pivotal in ensuring financial efficiency and strategic alignment across our technology operations. As a Controlling Intern for Central Functions at Allianz Technology, you will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning within a tech-driven environment. You will work closely with our Controlling team to support various financial processes and projects that enhance the effectiveness of our central functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Support the month-end and other periodic closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data. Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances relevant to technology operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial information. Provide administrative support to the Controlling team as needed. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Interest in technology and its impact on financial processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment Familiarity with AI technologies and their practical applications is a plus.
