Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a reliable HR Drivers with general freight experience to join our Regency Park team. You’ll be handling local pickups and deliveries of general freight restrained with chains and binders. Our trucks are both Manual and auto and both tautliners and open rigids. A manual licence and experience with chains and binders is essential. If you have at least 2 years of experience in general, experience securing unconventional loads with multiple restraint types and hold a manual HR licence we want to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Must hold a HR manual licence as a minimum.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR driving experience with general freight
  • Sound knowledge of securing loads with tarps and multiple load restraints including straps, dog & chains and binders.
  • Knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan area.
  • A forklift license is preferred but not essential.
  • Willing to provide a clean driving record.
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination, police check and provide 1 recent work reference who will be contacted.
Responsibilities
  • Operate Tautliner and Open rigid trucks, ensuring proper use of gates, tarps, chains and load restraint equipment.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to designated locations.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety and professional presentation.
  • Perform pre-start and end-of-day maintenance checks on vehicles.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
