About Chorus
At Chorus, we go beyond care — we build real connections that strengthen community. As a for-purpose organisation, we connect and support people through community-driven care for seniors and adults living with disability or mental health needs.
We deliver in-home and community-based care across Western Australia, helping individuals stay connected, supported, and engaged. Our services are built on relationships, trust, and a genuine commitment to making a difference where it matters most — close to home.
With a team of more than 1,000 employees and volunteers, Chorus is more than a workplace — it’s a community-driven movement. Every role contributes to building real connections between people and strengthening the fabric of local communities. We work through a network of small local connected teams " Locals” who are developing increasing levels of autonomy, enterprising, and self-organising capability.
About the opportunity
Chorus is on an ambitious growth journey, and we are looking for new Local Leads across the Perth metro community.
A Chorus “Local” is a small, connected team of around 20 multi-skilled people who provide care and support to a full range of Chorus customers in a localised area.
The Local Lead is the person who takes accountability for the operational health and wellbeing of the local: for customer support and experience, team culture and contribution, connection with the local community, and performance of the local across a balance set of KPIs (financial, safety, customer, people).
In many ways being a Chorus local lead is a little like being a small business owner - you are accountable for all aspects of the local’s success. You have a lot of autonomy and flexibility within the Chorus model but can call on the skills and support of a talented and collaborative community of local and “back office enabling” colleagues when needed.
About you:
Even if you don’t meet all these criteria… you have a good track record at learning new approaches and you would be willing to invest time and energy in further growth and development.
To apply
Please submit a concise CV highlighting your relevant experience and achievements as well as a cover letter describing what attracts you specifically to this role.
