Job Description We are looking for a commercially astute and client-led leader to take accountability for the performance, transformation and growth of a defined local market within Personal and Private Banking (PPB). This role is responsible for driving client value, leading multi-disciplinary delivery, strengthening market performance across financial and non-financial measures, and embedding integrated ways of working that support a platform-led business model. The successful candidate will bring strong branch banking leadership, sound financial and risk management capability, and the ability to lead people, performance and change at scale. Key Responsibilities: Drive local market performance across client experience, revenue growth, operational efficiency and sustainable profitability. Lead and commercialise the consumer value proposition and life journeys across branch distribution, Private Banking and client engagement platforms. Build, enable and lead multi-disciplinary squads and integrated value chain collaboration to deliver holistic client solutions. Strengthen governance, risk management, audit outcomes and recovery planning to protect the sustainability of the local market. Lead people, culture and change initiatives that support transformation, capability upliftment and high-performance delivery.
