NOW HIRING LOCAL NON CDL TRUCK DRIVER / MOVER CREW LEAD : $21+ /HR. + TIPS - PAID WEEKLY!

Corrigan Moving Systems is looking for is looking for physically fit, responsible Local Non-CDL Driver/ Mover Crew Leaders to work at our Rochester, NY location.
Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, and be 21+ years old with a clean driving record and a valid drivers license.
As a Local Non-CDL Driver/ Crew Leader you will use a 26 ft. straight truck to load, transport, and deliver household or commercial goods. You will be responsible for managing crew members, loading and unloading goods, inventory, packing, wrapping, safety, and use of equipment and you will work with customers on the job site answering questions, providing excellent customer service.
This is a physical job, you will lift and carry 50+ lbs. multiple times a day and be on your feet for long periods of time.
This shift is Monday - Friday and Weekends, as needed. We start between 6:30 am - 7:30 am and end times will vary.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR LOCAL NON-CDL TRUCK DRIVER / MOVER CREW LEADER:

  • 1+ yr. of previous moving company experience
  • 1+ yr. commercial box/straight truck driving experience
  • Experience supervising/leading a crew
  • Must pass a DOT medical physical.
  • Must successfully complete an MVR check, BG check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be 21+ years
  • Must possess a valid drivers license
  • Capable of lifting 50+ lbs. repeatedly, and on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling, inventory, loading, unloading and transport of household or commercial goods from origin to destination using a 26 ft. commercial straight truck.
  • Responsible for on-site customer support, doing walk-throughs, answering questions and concerns.
  • Manages crew members in loading and unloading goods, materials, safety and equipment.
  • Inspects truck before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition.
  • Responsible for maintaining clean, safe, operating condition of assigned vehicles and equipment.
  • Responsible for accurate and complete transactions on all paperwork; securing signatures and communicating to completion.
  • Submits paperwork to Dispatchers to validate crew man-hours and report any incidents.
