  • Continuously monitor and analyze fleet performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate and collaborate with municipalities and local stakeholders.
  • Ensure vehicle availability, cleanliness, and overall service quality.
  • Oversee vehicle securing, de-fleeting, and maintenance coordination.
  • Work closely with Claims & Repair, Logistics, and Security teams to optimize operations.
  • Manage relationships with service providers and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Handle incidents such as accidents and damages, including filing police reports.
  • Implement cost-reduction initiatives and process optimizations to improve team efficiency.
  • Leverage data analysis to enhance car availability and fleet performance.
