THE TEAM DO OCCASIONALLY WORK FROM HOME, BUT AS THIS ROLE IS ENGAGEMENT FOCUSED IT IS BEST SUITED TO SOMEONE WHO IS KEEN TO WORK WITHIN WESTMINSTER AND AT OUR OFFICE IN VICTORIA.
When you see the world as we do, you see the chance to help the world take care of its resources, and make it a better place for everyone to thrive. It’s why we’re looking for someone who’s just as committed as we are, to push for genuine change and bring our ambition of Ecological Transformation to life.
This is an excellent Communications and Engagement Manager opportunity for someone who can demonstrate great project and people management skills, alongside a passion for sustainability and community engagement, and a real desire to improve recycling.
We know that everyone here at Veolia can help us work alongside our communities, look after the environment, and contribute to our inclusive culture. So whether you are an experienced manager looking for a new opportunity, or you’re interested in taking your first step into people management, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a Local ECO (Education Communications and Outreach) Manager role, you will develop and deliver community engagement and service improvement projects across Westminster, changing commercial and resident behaviours to reduce waste and increase recycling, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, demonstrate measurable results and meet agreed timelines. The Local ECO Manager will be supported by an Area ECO Manager and will line manage three ECO Officers, sharing best practice and expertise with colleagues across a fantastic, award winning national ECO team.
If you love leading a team, developing behaviour change projects, and engaging with residents, businesses and frontline teams, then this is the role for you.
