Join our team as a Local Purchasing Manager and help drive efficiency, transparency, and value across the Beauflor division.   About Beauflor Beauflor, a key division within our Group, is a leading provider of innovative flooring solutions. To strengthen our local procurement capabilities, we are seeking a dedicated Local Purchasing Manager who will align local purchasing with Group strategies while driving operational excellence.   Main responsibilities and key tasks: Manage total spend within the Beauflor division, focusing on locally sourced indirect categories (e.g., industrial equipment & services, marketing tools, facility management). Ensure seamless implementation of group procurement strategies and contracts. Execute the full Source-to-Pay cycle efficiently and effectively. Identify and prevent procurement leakages (e.g. maverick buying). Serve as the key link between the Beauflor division and Group Procurement, influencing stakeholders and aligning procurement with business needs. Maintain high-quality procurement master data and ensure governance standards are met. Monitor and report on procurement performance using KPIs and analytical tools. Support audits, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance through preventive and corrective actions. Work closely with Finance to improve spend visibility, budget control, and forecasting.   Your profile Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and procurement best practices. Experience managing local categories while supporting group-wide initiatives. Strong understanding of the full Source-to-Pay process. Skilled in stakeholder communication and change management. Accurate and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data quality. Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
