THE WORK As our sales specialist, you are the driver of our growth. Prospecting: You will find your own leads through canvassing and networking. Evaluating: You will perform roof inspections to assess storm damage. Consulting: You will walk homeowners through the restoration process. Closing: You will secure the contract and pass the project to our production team. WHO YOU ARE You have a "no-excuses" attitude. You are a fast learner who thrives under pressure. You want a flexible schedule but have the discipline to work hard. You have a vehicle and a valid driver's license. THE EARNINGS $10,000 – $25,000+ per month in performance-based commission.
