Local Sales Assistant: Weigel Broadcasting in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales Managers and Account Executives in creating, booking, scheduling, and maintenance of sales activities. What You’ll Do · Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner · Maintain and update orders, including make goods, revisions, and proper filing · Coordinate all order maintenance with clients via phone, email, or fax · Support clear communication with clients by providing updates on rate changes, inventory updates, and important information · Provide support to other sales assistants as needed · Other duties, as assigned What You’ve Done · High School Diploma or GED (required); Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) · Previous experience in TV or Radio (preferred) · Familiarity with Medialine (preferred) · Proficient in Wide Orbit (preferred) · Background in Microsoft 365 Programs (Excel, Teams, Word, etc.) (required) · Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work well under pressure · Strong written, verbal, negotiation, and communications skills · Excellent computer skills If you have what we are looking for, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
