This is not a full-time role but an on-demand position, with pre-scheduled interventions communicated in advance. Tasks Shipment Assistance Prepare shipments to and from the office, ensuring proper packing and documentation. Track incoming and outgoing shipments, confirm deliveries, and follow up with carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.). Ensure timely delivery and consistent status follow-up. Inventory Management Conduct regular inventory checks for office equipment and supplies. Maintain and update inventory records, reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels. General Support & Coordination Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the office as needed. Act as the on-site point of contact for support requests. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve technical or logistical issues. Ensure clear communication regarding the status of shipments, inventory, and operational matters. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Energetic & Motivated: Proactive in handling tasks and problem-solving. Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy in managing shipments, inventory, and light technical support. Flexible Availability: Must be available for on-demand interventions, scheduled in advance (Monday to Friday). Proximity to Office: Ideally located near 50 Tagore Lane, Singapore (787494) to ensure quick response times. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of office equipment and IT troubleshooting. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external teams. Experience: Background in logistics, admin, or technical support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
