JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for leading our Localisation Community alongside side our wider Content Operations processes and be the point of contact for cluster teams, regional marketing teams and Brand Leads in Europe and Central Eurasia as well as our agency partners when required.
The team strives to create best in class brand experiences that are consumer centric and high performing by nature and localised for local nuance & language – Content Operations is the critical engine that delivers what we need, when we need it, on time & in full – just the localisation part of this role will deliver over 6000 assets in 2025 for our 56 Markets.

Responsibilities
  • Localisation Process Owner, Optimisation & Community Lead - working across the region you will be the point person for managing the Localisation Process, driving optimisation of process, training of our clusters and supporting the onboarding of our new Agency Partner.
  • Agency Accountability - Responsible for ensuring our localisation agency and partners deliver against commitments and commercial agreements. Establish required ongoing review process and measures to track partner progress.
  • Localisation & Operations Reporting - With support, you will work with the Creative Operation Lead to create relevant Operations Dashboards to ensure we can articulate forward-looking planning, progress against the plan, success metrics & budgeting. Measuring what matters.
  • Content Effectiveness - Responsible for how we are ensuring Localised Content is “effective” through our existing measurement frameworks. You will work with our Global Teams, Clusters & Agency Teams to ensure we maximise our content effectiveness through ensuring pre-flight testing, regular reporting and optimising the process.
  • Creative Inspiration & Innovation - Drive excellence and expertise within the team and beyond through a continuous learning agenda. Keep up to date with evolving world of Content Operations and bringing best practise back into the team.
