The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of being a service manager for at least 2 years to ensure they can support our service managers effectively. Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

As a Locality Manager you will lead the management of a specific services, ensuring our care and support services focus on the rights of customers, enabling them to lead a fulfilling life, promoting independence, choice, inclusion and ensuring care is delivered with dignity and respect at the heart of what we do.
With overall accountability for ensuring the service meets all standards set by the regulator (CQC) and other recognised bodies, as well as locally determined performance targets, the Locality Manager is responsible for the delivery of high-quality services.
You will ensure that, as a Locality Manager, you will manage services and staff and make decisions to effectively support vulnerable people with a broad range of needs. You will be responsible for promoting individualised options for the care provision we deliver and ensure adults at risk are protected in their everyday life.
