My client is seeking an experienced and flexible Peripatetic Service Manager to provide operational support across a group of healthcare services operating within mental health, autism and learning disabilities services. This field-based role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in varied environments and enjoys stepping in to drive quality, stability, and service improvement where it’s needed most.
Supporting the Area Manager, this role is pivotal for supporting services going through key transformations currently.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interim Management:
Step into Service Management support responsibilities on a short- or medium-term basis to support with key transformation actions and initiatives, ensuring continuity of leadership and care.
Operational Support:
Work alongside existing management teams to improve day-to-day operations, resolve challenges, and embed best practices in care delivery.
Compliance & Quality:
Support services in achieving and maintaining compliance with CQC standards. Conduct internal audits/risk assessment and action plans to improve inspection outcomes.
Service Improvement:
Work with regional leaders to drive initiatives on ensuring the services are at the highest standard. Write support plans and help as required.
