We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Localization and Operations Manager who can lead the optimization of our translation workflows and systems, while driving company-wide automation initiatives. You will be responsible for managing offline translators, improving translation quality, and spearheading efforts to automate key operational processes across the organization. By leveraging automation tools and systems, you’ll help streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention, and enhance overall efficiency, ensuring that Bluente continues to scale effectively and maintain its high standards of service delivery.
