In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: · Test localized software and work with developers to resolve defects · Build and maintain automated test solutions for localization and i18n quality · Use and improve localization and QA tools across teams · Provide i18n guidance and promote best practices · Design AI‑based solutions for automated screenshot capture and linguistic validation   For This Role, You Will Need:  · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field · 5–8 years of experience in software testing, localization, or engineering · Strong understanding of software design and architecture · Working knowledge of a high‑level programming language · Strong English communication skills · Self‑driven, able to work independently in cross‑functional teams   Who You Are:  Your unwavering dedication, persistence, and ability to navigate complex situations empower you to make meaningful contributions and drive success in any endeavor.    Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: · Experience in Agile development environments · Experience with software localization or internationalized systems · Knowledge of i18n standards, Unicode, and character encoding · Familiarity with Windows and Linux architectures · Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash · Experience collaborating with global teams · Knowledge of NI software and hardware is a plus · Language proficiency: Chinese, Korean, or Japanese · Comfortable with hybrid work   Our Culture & Commitment to You: At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
